Password Requirements

Minimum requirements

Your Zero password must be at least 8 characters long. We strongly recommend using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Use a password manager

For the strongest security, use a password manager to generate and store a unique password for your Zero account.

Changing your password

To change your password while signed in:

1. Go to Profile
2. Select Security
3. Click Change password
4. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password
5. Click Save

You will remain signed in after changing your password. Other active sessions will be signed out.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password:

1. Go to the Zero sign-in page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
5. Click the link and enter your new password

Note

Password reset links expire after a short period for security. If the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.

The reset link is sent to the email address on your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@zeroshooting.com for assistance.
